Daftrix: Overview
The dashboard: cash today across tills and banks, period revenue, expenses and net against last month, and what needs action, such as an overdue tax return.
Daftrix: Invoices
Sales and purchase invoices with partner, date, total, balance due and status, alongside e-invoicing, partner statements and aging.
Daftrix: Cash
Cash vouchers: receipts and payments by till, payee and status, with transfers, bank reconciliation and bank statement import.
Daftrix: Inventory
Items with unit, balance, average cost and value, a reorder-level alert, plus warehouses, transfers and stocktakes.

Questions

Is the trial really free?

Yes. 14 days of the full Daftrix on demo data, with no credit card. The trial ends on its own with no charge.

Does it support Egyptian e-invoicing?

Yes. The sales and purchases section has an e-invoicing screen and settings for the Egyptian Tax Authority system, alongside VAT returns.

Is the chart of accounts ready?

Yes. A five-level Egyptian chart of accounts is seeded for each company, and you adapt it to your business.

Can an unbalanced entry get through?

No. An entry is balanced or rejected, and entries from invoices, vouchers and payroll post automatically from their documents.

I run several companies. Do I need an account for each?

No. Each company is isolated with its own data and you switch between them from one account. The plan sets the number of companies; an extra company is 300 EGP per month.

What if we grow past the plan's users?

Add a user for 250 EGP per month, or move to the larger plan at any time.

Is the interface in Arabic and English?

Yes. Daftrix works in Arabic and English, and you switch language inside the system.

Can I buy Daftrix outright?

Yes, as a perpetual licence on your own hosting. Request a purchase quote and we will reply with details.
